Vintage Keepsakes: School Books

From "Do You Miss Me Now Vintage" via Etsy

 My school days may be over but my love for vintage schoolbooks still lives on. These classic teaching tools have such great original illustrations. They are a nice reminder of what we will lose once the written word goes completely digital. Will an illustrated cover have any relevance once the kindles and IPads take over the world? I certainly hope so since some of these images are priceless.

    There's nothing like an actual book, I have lots of great memories of reading to my kids when they were little and they couldn't wait to turn the pages to see what comes next! (Even though I'd read the story to them 100's of times already!) LOL!
